Parking

General parking is once again at the NHS Car Park (what3words dive.brand.fall) opposite Cardinal Hume School.   Parking is FREE 

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE IN THE BEACON LOUGH ESTATE ADJACENT TO THE COURSE AREA. EVERY YEAR WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS FROM RESIDENTS (ALSO OCCASIONALLY THE POLICE). WE HAVE ENOUGH TO DO ACROSS THE DAY AS IT IS. THANKS.

Course Location and Event Map

The event site is accessed from Old Durham Road, and Harebell Road

 (what3words avoid.clots.navy). 

There is limited parking next to the event site for tent drop off and officials,

Race HQ info, Guests, M65 transfers and Under 11s

Under 11s - must be aged at least 9 on the day.

If you're M65 and wish to run the two lap race you need to inform us in Race HQ.

The cut off for late entries is 15 mins before each race starts. If you arrive after that you won't be added.

Cost of late or guest entry is £10 - keep your number for the whole season.

The numbers are really slippy. Team managers - they may not be in sequence in your bag (you'll see why when you pick them up).

Team managers - DO NOT contact the chip timing company with late entries. We (race HQ) have the entry system and the numbers.
