This episode sees Simon run the Lambton Castle Cross Country, part of the North Eastern Harrier League 2021/22 season. It's approximately 10km in all, over 3 laps. It's not an easy one, as you'll see, but there are plenty of people from clubs across north east England, out enjoying the event.
If you're a club runner in the North East you can get in on the action too. Next fixture is NEHL Aykley Heads in Durham on November 30th. The course is a pretty challenging hilly mudfest - perfect xc terrain.
