Many thanks, as always, to Saltwell Harriers for hosting the fixture again this year.
See edit of course map - the U13 and U15 age groups now run 2miles (full lap) as in other SFNEHL fixtures.

PLEASE NOTE THE AREAS DESIGNATED WITH TREE PLANTING AND KEEP CLEAR OF THOSE AREAS THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
The event site is accessed from Old Durham Road, and Harebell Road (what3words avoid.clots.navy).
There is limited parking next to the event site for tent drop off and officials, Parking is once again at the NHS Car Park (what3words dive.brand.fall) opposite Cardinal Hume School.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE IN THE BEACON LOUGH ESTATE ADJACENT TO THE COURSE AREA. EVERY YEAR WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS FROM RESIDENTS (ALSO OCCASIONALLY THE POLICE). WE HAVE ENOUGH TO DO ACROSS THE DAY AS IT IS. MANY THANKS.

Available at race HQ for no cost. M65s wanting to run in the two lap race must change to a Pink M65 number, and please be aware that if you have transferred you must obey the pack rules.
